The Search for Alexander
The Search for Alexander is a senior capstone film created by a peer of mine in college. In his words, "Alexander, an amnesiac, rests beside a trail in an empty field and shares stories with passersby, hoping to learn who he truly is. The Search for Alexander is a film about self-realization and the intrinsically human art of storytelling, communicated through multiple cinematic styles and voices." To create the poster, I used images that I took on set and combined that with an original painting of mine. Additionally, I created the titles that were displayed in the film. This poster was displayed in Stevenson University’s School of Design’s main Gallery space during the Spring and Summer of 2023.

Voyage
Voyage is a senior capstone film created by a peer of mine in college. To create the poster, I used a still image from the footage as inspiration. This is a science-fiction short film about a man who is locked in a room and forced to enter data without much instruction or freedom. I focused on the computer light and the subject’s uniform in the poster. Additionally, I created the titles that were displayed in the film. This poster was displayed in Stevenson University’s School of Design’s main Gallery space during the Spring and Summer of 2022.

A Spring Morning
A Spring Morning is a senior capstone film made by a peer of mine in college. This short film tells the story of a couple who is struggling to keep their relationship intact. They search for the nearest gas station on foot because they ran out of fuel on a road trip. This poster is composed of a still image from the extra footage of the film that transitions into an original watercolor painting at the top and bottom. Additionally, I created the titles that were displayed in the film. This poster was displayed in Stevenson University’s School of Design’s main Gallery space during the Spring and Summer of 2022.

The Transfiguration Artist in Residence
Stevenson University’s Film and Moving Image Department asked me to design a flyer for their Artist in Residence event in the Fall of 2021. This event flyer uses design elements from the movie poster and scenes from the movie to introduce the event. My work was framed in various hallways throughout the Stevenson University campus during the month leading up to the event in November 2021.
